Personal Training

At PhysioFit, we have a team of highly trained physical therapists and performance specialists that will help you achieve your goals. Whether your goal is weight loss, increased strength, increased power, or increased speed, our performance specialists will get you there.

We specialize in injury prevention and return to sport. Traditional physical therapy models discharge patients before they are fully recovered and back on the field. This is where we come in! Under the guidance of a physical therapist you can trust, you are receiving the safest and most efficient training toward your return to the field.

Personal training at PhysioFit consists of an initial assessment by a doctor of physical therapy and frequent reassessments to track progress toward your specific goals. We offer both individual or small group sessions for your specific goals to be met. Personal training programs are 4, 8, or 12 week packages.
